Tampa Theatre
Built in 1926, this grand movie palace was the first public building in Tampa with air conditioning. Legend has it that the ghost of Fink, one of the Theatre’s first projectionists, waits until everyone has left for the night then watches his favorite films of cinematic yesteryear.
